MEMO offers with her modular Nexa Clinics a revolutionary approach to the construction and furnishing of private clinics. We deliver high-quality, ready-made clinics in three standard versions, quickly built using an offsite construction building system – at a fixed price and within a guaranteed lead time. Our innovative solution enables healthcare providers to efficiently and cost-consciously set up a modern, private clinic without the typical obstacles, delays and budget overruns when renovating and investing in existing buildings.

Because our clinics are already fully detailed, you no longer spend time and money on layout and design (architect), engineering, advice & consultancy, energy plans, technical drawings and reports for the environmental permit, selection of equipment, sustainability certification (BREEAM), etc. This results in significant savings.

We offer the ultimate solution for healthcare institutions that want to set up an efficient, modern and sustainable clinic. There are three standard sizes – Small, Medium and Large – equipped with all necessary medical equipment, technical installations and have 2, 3 or 4 ultramodern operating/treatment rooms respectively. The modular nature of our clinics makes it possible to expand (easily) to a larger version later, so that you retain maximum flexibility.

    If desired, we can take over the maintenance of the medical equipment and technical installations completely. This gives you one point of contact for all your service questions. Because all our clinics are equipped with the same equipment and installations, we have well-trained and specialized mechanics as well as a large central stock of (spare) parts.

    Energy efficient

    All sizes of our clinics can be supplied with a relatively light connection to the grid (min 3x80A). This is possible due to a combination of the very low energy consumption of the installations and the absorption of peak loads by an advanced EMS system that uses a battery pack and – where necessary – a generator to absorb incidental peak loads or power failures.

How it works



The process to realize your Nexa Clinics location on your plot within six months after the environmental permit is granted is simple and efficient. In just three steps you can have a fully functional clinic.

    Choose your full blown operating theaters clinic or diagnostic clinic with MRI, CT, Mammography and more. Or a combination.

Our three standard models have been fully developed in terms of building structure, floorplans and furnishing using our decades of experience in clinic and operating room construction. Certain deviations are possible per specialism, for example exchanging the recovery for a waiting room or choosing class 2 operating rooms instead of class 1 operating rooms, relevant for eye clinics for example.

  • Optionally, Nexa Clinics offers attractive financing solutions in collaboration with professional and experienced real estate financiers. For the land and building, this results in a predictable rental price per square meter based on a 10+ year lease contract. We also offer attractive lease and financing options for the additional tenant investments such as clinic-specific technology and equipment.

  • Connection electricity grid

    All models can be connected to the grid with a minimum 3x80A electricity connection, in combination with on-site batteries and an advanced ‘energy management system’ (EMS)

  • Building management system

    Equipped with an open-source building management system, full insight (both on-site and remote) into all technical aspects of the equipment, such as energy consumption, maintenance intervals, settings, error codes, switch-on / switch-off schedules, etc.

  • Air treatment technology
